feel fat and bloated all the time. 20 lbs overweight since gaining it after surgery 3 years ago. the fact that i can not lose it make me miserable. hard to talk to anyone around me b/c they don't understand what the BIG deal is and why can't i just lose it. i need strength every single day to do this and maybe also to join a local weight loss program.
