Cholesterol Levels Change Calculator
Compares cholesterol levels between two lipid profile blood tests, quantitatively and by percentage change, showing how your total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglyceride levels are changing over time.
mg/DL = milligrams per deciliter

Note: To run this calculator, enter at least one pair of a specific value into the corresponding field for both tests; For example, to compare just LDL, enter your test results for both the first and second blood test.
Entry Fields
Cholesterol Test Date 1 (and Date 2) - Use these fields to indicate when the blood test was performed. If you can not recall the exact date, guesstimate as closely as possible. The date of each test is important so the calculator knows which is the more recent test so it can determine if cholesterol levels have changed since the test preceding it. You can also use this calculator to compare changes between any two cholesterol tests, not necessarily the two most recent.
Total Cholesterol - To compare total cholesterol across two tests, enter it in both the test 1 and test 2 section. If you only enter total cholesterol for one test, the calculator can not do the comparison.
LDL - To compare LDL, enter into both the test 1 and test 2 fields. If LDL is only entered for one test, the comparison can not be done.
HDL - To compare HDL, enter into the corresponding field for both tests.
Triglycerides - To compare Triglycerides, enter into both for recent and previous fields.
